Michael Torres

Michael Torres is a seasoned Senior Mechanical Engineer at Solaris Oilfield Infrastructure, bringing extensive experience in conducting failure analysis, developing action plans for equipment restoration, and mentoring engineers and technicians. With a strong foundation in mechanical design, Michael has managed complex projects in the oil and gas industry and has overseen the training of over 100 field technicians. Proficient in CAD and Solidworks PDM, Michael has produced a significant number of technical drawings and coordinated hydraulic system installations. Previous experience includes participation in NASA's Micro-G Next Program, focusing on project management and technical logistics, and serving as a mentor within the Ysleta Independent School District. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at El Paso.
