Ronald Iswono

Ronald Iswono has a strong background in supply chain management, with experience in various roles and industries. Ronald started their career as an Assistant Manager of Supply Chain at ASIA PULP & PAPER TRADING (USA), INC in 1998. From there, they moved on to become a Supply Chain Manager at the same company, where they implemented initiatives that reduced paper import costs and transportation expenses by 10% and generated annual savings of $5 million. Ronald also improved inventory cost by 20% and achieved a 95% on-time delivery rate.

In 2004, Iswono joined Linden Trading as an Operations Manager, where they managed procurement strategy and operations for pulp and recycled paper supply. Ronald successfully secured a captive supply of 200,000 metric tons per annum through long-term contracts and reduced material costs by 5%.

In 2005, Iswono became the Corporate Logistics Manager at Master Halco, Inc, the largest distributor and manufacturer of perimeter security and fencing in North America.

Finally, in 2011, Iswono joined Solaris Paper, Inc as the Vice President of Supply Chain, overseeing the North American towel and tissue manufacturing subsidiary. Ronald played a key role in the company's success, contributing to its $3 billion revenue and managing a team of 42,000 employees.

Ronald Iswono completed their Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering at The Ohio State University in 1996. The following year, they obtained their Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University in 1997.
