During their time at Kimberly-Clark, Shannon played a key role in driving sales growth and improving profitability by developing and implementing strategic plans, creating annual marketing plans, and leading cross-functional teams. Shannon also contributed to streamlining financial forecasting processes and analyzing customer trends. In 2014, Shannon joined Solaris Paper, Inc as the Director of Sales.
