Kamlesh Amin

Kamlesh Amin has over 20 years of work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. In 1999, they began their career as a Senior R&D Officer at Malti-Chem Research Center, where they were responsible for multi-step synthesis, isolation, purification and spectral characterization of heterocyclic compounds. In 2002, they joined Rubamin Pharmaceutical as a Research Executive. In 2004, they were a Research Scientist at Navinta, LLC and a Senior R&D Officer at Glenmark Pharmaceutical. From 2006 to 2012, they were Manager Analytical Research at Emcure Pharmaceuticals USA, Inc. Kamlesh then joined Amneal Pharmaceuticals as Associate Director in Analytical Research, where they provided guidance to analytical method development and validation, and reviewed and approved technical reports. In 2017, they joined Solaris Pharma Corporation as Vice President Analytical R&D, then Senior Director Analytical Development, and finally Director, Analytical R&D.

Kamlesh Amin obtained their B.S. in Chemistry from Gujarat University between 1990 and 1993. Kamlesh then went on to obtain their M.S. in Organic Chemistry from Sardar Patel University between 1993 and 1995. Finally, they completed their Ph.D. in organic synthesis from Sardar Patel University between 1995 and 1999.
