Carina Grühser

Carina Grühser is an experienced technology executive with a robust background in engineering and software development. Currently serving as Interim CIO and VP of Engineering at Solaris SE since January 2021, Carina has held multiple leadership roles within the company, including Director of Engineering and Engineering Manager. Prior to this, Carina was the Chief Technology Officer at science.now and worked as a Senior Software Developer at Kairos GmbH. Carina's earlier career includes significant roles at geomecon GmbH, where Carina led software engineering efforts and developed systems for modeling fracture networks, and at Bi-Ber Bilderkennungssysteme, where Carina focused on machine vision systems. Carina holds a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Computer Engineering from Technische Universität Berlin, earned between 2002 and 2008.
