Max Kleinhans

Max Kleinhans is an experienced compliance professional currently serving as Deputy Group Compliance Officer and Head of Compliance Germany at Solaris SE since January 2020. In this role, Max also oversees the Head of Compliance (MaComp) and Compliance Manager functions. Prior to this, Max worked at Bundesverband Öffentlicher Banken Deutschlands as an Advisor in Capital Markets and Compliance from February 2017 to January 2020. Additionally, a brief internship in Underwriting took place at Hannover Rück SE in late 2016. Max holds two Master of Laws (LL.M.) degrees—one in International Commercial Law from the University of Glasgow and another in International Economic Law from Leuphana University of Lüneburg, complementing an undergraduate education at Ostfalia Wolfenbüttel.
