Michelle Hatton

Michelle Hatton started their work experience in 2002 at Catholic Credit Union as a Network Administrator. In this role, they were responsible for maintaining the network and leading the implementation of new technology and programs. Michelle worked at Catholic Credit Union until 2011.

In 2011, Michelle joined Solarity Credit Union and held various positions. Michelle started as a Senior System Administrator and worked in this role until 2014. Michelle then became the VP of Information Technology and held this position until 2016. From 2016 to 2020, they served as a Senior IT Business Analyst before taking on the role of Business Analyst Manager from 2020 to 2021. Currently, they are the VP of Business Solutions at Solarity Credit Union, a position they started in September 2021.

Michelle Hatton earned a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Washington State University, which they attended from 2008 to 2013. Michelle later attended Western CUNA Management School from 2016 to 2018, specializing in Credit Union Management. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Western Governors University, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
