Jayme Boyd Mba

Jayme Boyd, MBA, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and operations coordination. Jayme began their career as an Operations Coordinator at Solarity in July 2009 and later transitioned to the role of Human Resources Manager in May 2010. After three years, they were promoted to Director, Human Resources in July 2013, and currently holds the position. In January 2023, Jayme will further advance their career as the VP of Human Resources at Solarity. Prior to joining Solarity, they worked as an Office Manager at Melton Electric Company from January 2007 to July 2009.

Jayme Boyd earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality and Restaurant Administration from Missouri State University, where they studied from 2003 to 2006. Jayme then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with an Entrepreneurship Emphasis at Drury University, completing their studies from 2007 to 2009.

In addition to their academic accomplishments, Jayme Boyd has obtained several certifications. Jayme earned the Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in January 2020. Furthermore, they also obtained the Certified Strength Coach certification from Gallup in June 2020.
