Iva Draganovska

Iva Draganovska, PhD, currently serves as Commercial Manager and Head of O&M at Solarpro Holding since July 2018. With extensive experience in the energy sector, Iva has held previous roles in companies such as Energy Supply Ltd as RES Portfolio Manager and Moncada Energy Group as Head of O&M and Electricity Generation Engineer. Responsibilities included energy trading across multiple countries, directing power plant maintenance and operations, and overseeing the commissioning of renewable energy projects. Early career experience includes serving as an Electrical Engineer at CO-VER BULGARIA, focusing on small hydro power plants. Iva holds a PhD in Energy from Technical University of Sofia and a Master’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Automation Engineering from both Technical University of Sofia and Grenoble INP - UGA.
