Jörgen Hennekes

Jörgen Hennekes is a seasoned professional in technical consulting and training with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently serving as a Technical Consultant for Energy Storage (BESS) at Solarwatt Benelux since July 2025, Jörgen provides support and training across BESS, PV, and EMS solutions for clients in the Benelux and Northern Europe. In addition, Jörgen operates as a freelance consultant at FourColours, focusing on the strategic development of tailored training programs. Previously, Jörgen held roles at Maxeon Solar Technologies as a Sales & Technical Trainer for EMEA, and at Aalberts hydronic flow control as a Training Development Manager, where Jörgen established integrated learning systems. Earlier career highlights include positions at Bosch Thermotechniek B.V. and Boch Thermotechnik, specializing in training program development and technical knowledge transfer, alongside various support roles in technical services dating back to the 1990s.
