Keith Baker

Tier 2- Network Performance Monitor (technical Support)

Keith Baker has significant experience in technical support and network performance monitoring. Currently serving as a Tier 2 Network Performance Monitor at SolarWinds since March 2018, Keith provides multi-vendor networking monitoring solutions aimed at assisting IT professionals, MSPs, and DevOps. Prior to this role, Keith worked as a Senior Microsoft Exchange Support Engineer at Microsoft from 2011 to March 2018, delivering technical support to over 50 enterprise customers, including Fortune 500 companies. Additional roles include technical support for Major League Baseball, customer service at Farmers Insurance Group, and sales management at Pacific Specialty Insurance Company. Keith holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration Information Systems and an Associate's Degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix, along with foundational education in general studies from Cypress College and Westwood High School.
