Naftaly Rubin is an experienced engineering leader with a strong background in research and development. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering and Site Leader at SolarWinds since February 2014, Naftaly has previously held key positions, including R&D Manager at Axilion LTD and as an entrepreneur and partner at By The People. Naftaly began a career in R&D at MIND CTI, where roles included R&D Projects Manager and Coordinator, Team Leader, and Software Programmer from 1997 to 2008. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science from the University of Haifa, completed in 1997.
