Neha Ratkalkar

Neha Ratkalkar is an accomplished HR professional with a diverse background in human resources management, currently serving as the Head of Business Partnering, Global at SolarWinds since November 2014. Neha has held multiple leadership roles within the company, including Senior Director and Director of People Partners for International regions. Prior to SolarWinds, Neha worked at Websense as HR Manager for the Asia Pacific region and held various HR positions at Oracle, encompassing roles related to mergers and acquisitions as well as HR consulting. Neha began the career at TVS Motors as Assistant Manager of HR and initially served as a Management Trainee in HR at Oracle. Educational qualifications include an MBA in HR and a Master's in Employment and Labour Law, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications.
