William Corgey has extensive experience in engineering and management, currently serving as an Application Engineer and Training Manager at SolarWinds since June 2008. In these roles, William focuses on enhancing the Smart Start Onboarding programs for new customers and collaborates with various internal teams to address trending issues in software development. Prior to SolarWinds, William held positions at Dell as a Technical Support Team Lead and at Centex Homes as Operations Manager. Early career experience includes investigations in loss prevention at DFS Guam and law enforcement duties in the United States Air Force, where responsibilities included security operations and emergency response. William holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Cisco Networking from Virginia College and has completed additional studies at the Community College of the Air Force and Stephen F. Austin State University.
