Andrew Rhodes

Andrew Rhodes has a diverse work experience spanning over 24 years. Andrew currently works as a Tier 1 Application Support Engineer at Panopto since October 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a City Letter Carrier at the United States Postal Service from 2019 to 2020. From 2016 to 2018, they served as a Mortgage Loan Officer at Geneva Financial LLC. Before that, they worked as an Executive Assistant at Walker Consulting from 2011 to 2016. Andrew also has experience as a Customer Service Specialist at Blue Nile from 2006 to 2009 and as a Revenue Audit Supervisor at UPS from 2000 to 2004. Andrew began their career as a member of the US Army, serving as a Bradley Fighting Vehicle Crewmember from 1996 to 2000.

Andrew Rhodes attended Bellevue College from 2000 to 2002, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Business Administration. In August 2020, they acquired the CompTIA IT Operations Specialist – CIOS Stackable Certification from CompTIA. Additionally, in the same month, they earned the CompTIA Network+ ce Certification and the CompTIA A+ ce Certification, also from CompTIA.
