Valentina Pushkina

Valentina Pushkina has extensive work experience in the HR field. Valentina is currently working at Solbeg as the Deputy CHRO and People Partner TL. Prior to that, they worked as a Talent Management consultant at HeadHunter from 2019 to 2021. From 2017 to 2019, they served as the HRD at HQSoftware, where they achieved the fulfillment of a HR-Management system based on corporate values and maintained a cultural code. Additionally, they worked on project work at Andersen Lab in 2017, where they successfully increased the number of talents commencing work by 45%. From 2015 to 2017, they held the role of Deputy HRD and then HRD at System Technologies & ByTech Group, where they restructured the group of companies. At Gurtam from 2012 to 2015, Valentina was the HRD and created an atmosphere of warmth and family despite the company's growth. Before that, they worked as an HR Generalist at Oxagile from 2008 to 2012, where they achieved success at IT Spring 2012. Valentina started their career as a Human Resources Manager at GP Solutions from 2006 to 2008, where they managed the department, trained HR specialists, and developed search and selection processes. Valentina began their professional journey as a Recruiter and Headhunter at SOLPOL_Consulting from 2004 to 2006.

Valentina Pushkina's education history includes a Master's degree in Psychology of Management from the Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus. Valentina also studied "Financial literacy" and "Estimate and remuneration" at IPM Business School. Furthermore, Valentina studied to become a Teacher of Belarusian language and literature at Belarusian State Pedagogical University Named after Maxim Tank (BSPU).
