Thomas Acquavella

Thomas Acquavella has extensive work experience in the plumbing supply industry. Thomas started their career at United Ceramic Tile Corp, where they worked their way up to the role of Director of Retail Sales. Thomas was responsible for designing and implementing retail and wholesale showrooms and generating significant revenue. After that, they joined Blackman Plumbing Supply as Director of Showroom Operations, where they developed and managed multiple showrooms and led a large team. Thomas then moved to Mico Designs Ltd. as VP of Sales and Marketing, where they managed a network of independent sales agencies and implemented various sales strategies. Currently, Acquavella is working at Solco Plumbing Supply, initially as Director of Showroom Operations and then as Director of Sales and Marketing. In these roles, they successfully managed sales teams, developed strategic business plans, built strong customer relationships, and achieved sales targets. Thomas also designed and implemented new showroom retail divisions, developed sales and support teams, and managed product merchandising. Throughout their career, Acquavella has demonstrated strong leadership skills, market awareness, and the ability to drive growth for the companies they have worked for.

Thomas Acquavella completed their education at Suffolk County Community College from 1976 to 1978, earning an Associates Degree in the field of Business.
