Joseph Henney

Joseph Henney is an accomplished leader in digital health and healthcare administration with extensive experience in managing healthcare programs and initiatives for veterans and the U.S. Air Force. Currently serving as the Director of the Digital Health Program at SoldierPoint since May 2025, Joseph drives digital transformation for veteran healthcare, overseeing telehealth and virtual care initiatives. Prior to this role, Joseph held positions at Iron Bow Technologies, including Senior Portfolio Manager, and served as a Senior Healthcare Administrator at The White House. With a solid foundation as a Senior Program Manager in the U.S. Air Force, Joseph led key financial compliance projects and reengineered information systems. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the United States Air Force Academy and a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from San Diego State University, complemented by studies in Russian at Lomonosov Moscow State University.
