John Harris is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and management within nonprofit and educational sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Field Operations - East at Soldiers' Angels since November 2019, John Harris collaborates with the Senior Director to oversee and manage assigned areas, executing program strategies and operational budgets. Previously, as the Area Manager for Atlanta, John Harris directed activities and fostered relationships with veteran support organizations to ensure effective service delivery. From February 2009 to May 2019, John Harris owned and operated J K Martial Arts Academy, where strategic planning and execution led to the growth of two full-service martial arts schools focused on self-defense, discipline, and fitness. John Harris holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management from Alliance University.

Soldiers' Angels
Soldiers' Angels is a volunteer-led nonprofit. We have over 20 different teams and programs supporting all branches of the U.S. Armed Forces. We send letters, care packages, and comfort items to the deployed, and we support their families here at home. We also provide assistance to the wounded, continuing support for veterans, remembrances and comfort for families of the fallen, and immediate response to unique difficulties. Through special projects, dedicated teams and individuals supporting our troops, we make a visible difference in the lives of our service members and their families.
