Andrew Yarwood

Andrew Yarwood has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Andrew has held positions in various companies, including Soldo, Ziglu, Funding Circle UK, Newport Parish Council, Wells Fargo, Centrica Energy, Standard Bank, UDC, Northern Trust, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Their roles have encompassed responsibilities such as Head of Risk and Compliance, Head of Compliance and MLRO, Deputy Chief Compliance Officer, Chairman of Newport Parish Council, EMEA Head of Compliance Testing and Monitoring, Senior Compliance Officer, London Head Compliance Monitoring, District Councillor, and Consultant Regulatory Practice. Andrew has gained expertise in areas such as risk management, compliance, AML, and regulatory auditing. Notable accomplishments include creating a new Youth Club, spearheading the development of affordable housing, and fundraising for community projects.

Andrew Yarwood obtained a Level 1 Foundation Coach degree in Sports and Exercise from ECB in 2021. In 2005, they earned a diploma in Compliance from the International Compliance Association. Additionally, in 1994, they completed the Financial Planning Certificate I, II, and III from the Chartered Insurance Institute. Andrew attended Hadham Hall from 1979 to 1986, where they studied subjects including English, History, Geology, Geography, and Maths.
