Carlo Gualandri

Founder & CEO at Soldo

Carlo Gualandri is the founder and CEO of Soldo, a financial services company. Carlo has over 20 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry.

Prior to founding Soldo, Carlo was the Director of New Platforms at Lottomatica, where they managed the digital transformation of the regulated gaming market. Carlo also developed and launched the first Italian online lottery.

Before Lottomatica, Carlo was the Co-Director and CEO of the Internet Division at Telecom Italia. Carlo was responsible for managing the offering to consumer and SMEs of Tin.it, Virgilio, and all the internet activities of SEAT PG.

Carlo's first role in the financial services industry was with FinecoBank, where they participated in the startup of the company. Carlo managed the development of online technology and of marketing during FinecoBank's startup phase and the start of its evolution into a full service online retail bank.

Carlo Gualandri did not complete their educational career in physics at Università degli Studi di Milano.
