Gaetano Nardone

Gaetano Nardone is an experienced Financial Services Tech Manager currently leading the Financial Services Tech team at Soldo since October 2022, focusing on process design, automation, and technology solutions within e-Money management and payment processing. Prior to this role, Gaetano served as a Senior Product Owner at Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena, managing web and mobile banking development, and held multiple product ownership roles in digital evolution and web banking. Gaetano's career began at Capgemini as a Business Consultant, specializing in project management and digital transformation, and includes an early stage at INFN, where Gaetano contributed to silicon detector research.
