Stan Stanford

Stan Stanford is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operational leadership and management across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Managing Director at Sole Source Capital LLC since November 2024, previous roles include Managing Director, Director of Operations, and Vice President of Operations at MiddleGround Capital from October 2021 to November 2024. Prior to that, Stan held multiple positions at Parker Hannifin from October 2012 to October 2021, including General Manager of the Fluid System Connectors Division and Chelsea Products Division, along with leadership roles in the Hydraulic Valve and Gear Pump Divisions. Stan's career began at Danaher as Plant Manager from April 2010 to October 2012. Stan holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Auburn University Harbert College of Business and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) from Athens State University.
