Morten Lied is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and investment roles across various companies. Currently serving as a Dealmaker at Solea AS since December 2024, Morten has been an Investor at Tripod Capital Collective since November 2016. Morten's entrepreneurial spirit was evident during the tenure as CEO and Owner of Rainfall AS from May 2003 to December 2024. Morten also held significant positions, such as Member of the IKT Resource group at Bergen Næringsråd and Chairman/Owner at Clockwork Bemanning AS and Innovit. Morten contributed to First Tuesday Bergen as a Board member and directed initiatives at Elan IT ReSource and Hands ASA. From 1986 to 1998, Morten built a strong foundation at IBM as Regional Manager. Morten holds a BA Honours degree in Business Organisation from Heriot-Watt University, attended from 1982 to 1986, and completed education at Fana Gymnas from 1978 to 1981.
