Greg Smith

Greg is a Director at Solebury Capital where he is responsible for client advisory on and the execution of a variety of equity capital market transactions. Greg has experience across a variety of sectors, including Consumer & Retail, Industrials, Financials and Energy. Greg joined Solebury in 2021 after working as a Senior Vice President in Equity Capital Markets at Jefferies. In ECM at Jefferies, Greg was responsible for the origination and execution of equity offerings for public and private companies, as well as client advisory pertaining to various ECM matters, including dividends, share repurchases and investor relations. Prior to Equity Capital Markets at Jefferies, Greg worked as an analyst in the Consumer & Retail Group at Jefferies and as an analyst with the boutique M&A advisory firm Edgeview Partners.

Greg holds a B.A. in Mathematical Economics from Hampden-Sydney College, where he was captain of the varsity soccer team. He is based in Solebury Capital’s New Hope, PA office.
