James joined Solebury Capital after graduating from Temple University in 2007. His expertise includes advising on initial public offerings, follow-ons and block trades for clients across a diverse group of sectors including business services, consumer retail, healthcare IT, and industrials.
Since joining the firm, James has executed IPOs and follow-on transactions for a number of issuers such as Beyond Meat, Grocery Outlet, Bright Horizons, Dunkin’ Brands, US Foods, BJ’s Wholesale Club, CoreSite, Azul S.A., TransUnion, and The Carlyle Group, amongst others.
James currently resides in Philadelphia, PA and is based in Solebury Capital’s New Hope, PA office.
