Mike Miniconzi

Mike joined the firm in 2015, and provides equity capital markets counsel on a variety of transactions, including IPOs, marketed follow-ons and block trades. Mike has worked with senior management teams and private equity professionals on more than 50 deals, which raised more than $15bn in proceeds raised across a broad range of industries and market capitalizations.
