John Dimodica

John DiModica is a seasoned professional in the renewable energy and energy efficiency sectors, currently serving as Senior Business Development Manager at Solect Energy since October 2022. With extensive experience in project development and management, DiModica has held senior roles at NORESCO, where responsibilities included clean energy project development and facilitating energy performance contracting. Previous positions include Director of the RI C-PACE Program at Sustainable Real Estate Solutions, Inc. and various leadership roles at Lime Energy, Limbach Company, Johnson Controls, and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. DiModica holds a Master’s degree in Urban & Environmental Policy & Planning from Tufts University and a Bachelor’s degree in Rhetoric from Bates College.
