Francisco Queiros

Francisco Queiros is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy and business development within the renewable energy sector. Currently serving as the Group Head of Strategy & Business Development at SOLEK HOLDING SE, Francisco oversees group strategy, M&A, project finance, and power sales. Prior to this role, significant positions included Deputy Chief Strategy & Business Development Officer and Head of Portfolio Development for Voltalia, where Francisco managed renewable energy project development across multiple regions. Earlier roles at Martifer Solar included Development Director for Europe and Business Development Manager for Central & Eastern Europe. Francisco co-founded and served on the board of the European-Ukrainian Energy Agency, and has held various management positions at Philip Morris International and BA Vidro. Educational qualifications include an International MBA from IE Business School and a BS in Mechanical Engineering.
