David Jellison has extensive work experience in the water and chemical industry. David started their career at Betz Laboratories in 1989, where they held various positions in sales account management. David consistently achieved outstanding results, ranking in the top 5% each year. In 1999, they became the District Manager for the Pacific Northwest and Alaska, driving 20% top-line growth annually.
In 2002, Jellison joined GE Water & Process Technologies as the Region Sales Manager for the Western USA, overseeing a $60MM business with a team of over 100 people. David then took on global roles within GE, including serving as the Global ITO Master Black Belt, optimizing the value stream for the global Inquiry to Order process. David also led the Global Commercial Operations team, reducing claims and improving profitability for the $2B Engineered Systems and Chemicals business.
Jellison joined Nanostone Water in 2013 as the CEO of the venture capital-funded startup. David focused on developing and launching a new ceramic ultrafiltration membrane for drinking water and wastewater treatment.
Most recently, Jellison served as the Vice President of Solenis, a leading specialty chemical company and provider of process and water solutions. David held various responsibilities, including being the VP North America for Industrial Water Technologies, where they had P&L responsibility for a $350MM business and 250+ employees. David was later promoted to Vice President, Americas, overseeing price, product management, marketing, and M&A activities.
Throughout their career, Jellison has consistently demonstrated leadership and strategic skills, delivering strong financial results and driving growth in the organizations they have worked for.
David Jellison attended Auburn University from 1982 to 1984 where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Previously, from 1980 to 1981, they studied Mechanical Engineering at the United States Air Force Academy.
