Divya Iyengar

Divya Iyengar is a seasoned talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in HR operations across various regions and sectors. Currently serving as the Regional Talent Acquisition Leader for South East Asia at Solenis since May 2024, Divya previously held the position of Talent Acquisition Lead for PIMS and HR Operations in Singapore and Malaysia at Diversey from January 2023 to May 2024. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Talent Partner for ResMed, focusing on India and LATAM for Med Technology and SaaS, as well as roles at Diversey in HR operations and talent acquisition for the India Subcontinent. Divya's career began at Sutherland Global Services as a Senior Specialist in HR and included a role as an HR Associate at Tata Consultancy Services. Divya holds a PGDBM from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a BBA from Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth.
