German Ugarte

German Ugarte currently serves as the Commercial Excellence & Sales Operations Manager for Mexico & Andean at Solenis, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, German Ugarte accumulated extensive experience at Diversey from January 2007 to September 2023, progressing through various positions including Commercial Excellence & Sales Operations Manager for both Latam North and Latam South, as well as Sales Operations Leader for the Latam Southern Cone and Argentina, and Sales Effectiveness Financial Support. Earlier experience includes a sales executive role at Old Navy from July 2005 to February 2006. German Ugarte holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from Universidad de 'San Andrés'​ and Universitat Pompeu Fabra, a Licenciatura in Administración from UBA, and an Associate in Arts in Business Administration from Strayer University.
