Jochen Petzoldt

Jochen Petzoldt has extensive experience in procurement and management roles. Jochen is currently the Senior Director of Procurement Europe at Solenis, where they are responsible for managing both direct and indirect procurement. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Director of Procurement for the EMEA region at Solenis, where they developed and implemented contracting strategies. Before joining Solenis, Petzoldt worked at BASF, where they held various positions including Head of Marketing and Product Management Europe and Co-Producer Management Global Business Unit Paper and Water Chemicals. Jochen also served as the Product Manager and Global Product Manager at BASF SE, managing specialty monomers and overseeing the production plant. Petzoldt began their career at BASF SE as a Research Chemist.

Jochen Petzoldt obtained a Dr.-Ing. degree in Chemical Technology / Catalysis from Technische Universität Darmstadt, where they studied from 1991 to 1999.
