Michael Haley

Michael Haley is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in process engineering and automation. Currently serving as a Senior Process Engineer at Solenis since May 2019, Michael has held various roles including Process Engineer and Automation Engineer focused on functional safety. Prior experience includes a tenure at Emerson Process Management where responsibilities entailed engaging with customers across multiple business units to devise optimal solutions. Early career positions included research roles at Heriot-Watt University, involving practical laboratory work and independent assessments of industrial projects, as well as casual work at The George Hotel. Michael holds a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Heriot-Watt University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Risk & Safety Management at Risktec Solutions in partnership with Liverpool John Moores University.
