Mike Lee

Mike Lee currently serves as Associate Director of HR Systems & Analytics at Solenis since November 2021, having previously held the position of Senior Manager for Executive Compensation & HR Analytics. Prior experience includes roles at Sigura as Manager of Compensation, HRIS & HR Analytics, and a decade at NCR Corporation where Mike developed workforce analytics and reporting and led teams through various managerial positions. Prior to NCR, Mike held senior roles at Baker & Taylor and Borders in the entertainment sector, significantly impacting sales and inventory management while overseeing substantial business divisions. Mike holds a B.A. in English Education from Florida State University.
