Tom Riccio

Tom Riccio is a seasoned engineering professional with over 30 years of experience in operations, engineering, and leadership. Currently serving as the Consumer Solutions Lead Engineer for North America Equipment Group at Solenis, Tom leads a team of engineers and is involved in the equipment engineering for various product lines. Previous roles include Principal at P4 Consultants, LLC, where expertise was applied in project management, plant operations, and process design. Tom held the position of Equipment Engineering Manager at SNF-Floquip, overseeing substantial equipment projects, and has a strong background in production management at Pinova/Ashland/Hercules, along with earlier experience as a process engineer at Jacobs and a manufacturing planner at Exxon Chemical. Tom holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
