Tremayne Bethel, MS, MBA, CPP, currently serves as the Director of Global Packaging Engineering for Pool Solutions at Solenis, where responsibilities include managing sustainability initiatives and leading global packaging engineering efforts. With extensive experience in packaging engineering, Tremayne has held managerial roles at MilliporeSigma and The J.M. Smucker Company, overseeing packaging performance, rebranding, and operational improvements. In addition to industry experience, Tremayne contributes to academia as an adjunct professor at Trine University, teaching undergraduate engineering courses. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Packaging Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology, an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Saint Leo University.
