Victor Wang

Victor Wang is an experienced professional in the chemical engineering and operations sectors, currently serving as the Director of Design Engineering and Plant Support for APAC at Solenis since February 2025. Previously, Victor held several leadership positions at Axalta from January 2017 to 2024, including Vice President of Asia Pacific Operations and Vice President of Greater China Operations & Supply Chain. Prior experience includes roles at FMC Corporation as North America Operations Director, Nippon Paint China as Manufacturing & Supply Chain Director, The Dow Chemical Company as Greater China Operation Director, Rohm and Haas as Site Lead, and BASF as Plant Manager. Victor holds an Executive MBA from the China Europe International Business School, alongside a Ph.D., a Master's degree, and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from East China University of Science and Technology.
