Jon Foley

Jon Foley is the Director, co-owner, and co-founder of In the Round Ltd, an independent company specializing in demand management and marketing campaigns, particularly in transport and environmental sectors. With extensive experience in managing travel demand for major events, Jon serves as the Convenor for the UK COVID-19 Travel Demand Management Response Forum and advises on travel demand for significant upcoming events, including the FIFA Men's World Cup 2026 and the Eisteddfod 2024. Jon has held various roles related to sustainable transport and behavior change with notable organizations such as World Rugby, Solent Transport, and Transport for the South East. Jon possesses degrees in Town and Country Planning from Bristol Polytechnic and the University of the West of England.
