Linda Peruzzi

Linda Peruzzi has a diverse range of work experience in legal roles. Linda is currently the Vice President, Associate Counsel at Soleo Health. Prior to this, they worked as the Associate General Counsel at Dartmouth-Hitchcock from 2017 to 2020. In this role, they developed contract templates and implemented an efficient contracting process for the health system. Linda also worked as Of Counsel at Primmer Piper Eggleston & Cramer PC from 2016 to 2017, where they advised clients on legal matters and drafted and negotiated complex commercial contracts. Before that, they were the Senior Counsel at ORCHARD MEDICAL MANAGEMENT, LLC from 2013 to 2016, providing legal advice and negotiating contracts for healthcare entities. Linda also has experience as a Corporate Counsel at C&S Wholesale Grocers from 2008 to 2013, where they worked on supply chain innovation. Prior to that, they served as a City Attorney/Assistant City Attorney for the City of Keene from 2002 to 2008. Linda began their legal career as an Associate Attorney at McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton Professional Association from 1998 to 2001 and as a Law Clerk at the State of New Hampshire Judicial Branch from 1996 to 1998.

Linda Peruzzi obtained a BA in English from Plymouth State University in 1993. Linda further pursued their education at Northeastern University School of Law and graduated with a JD degree in Law in 1996.
