Nkiru Agu, RPh, MBA, is a highly specialized pharmacist with extensive experience in chronic disease management, particularly in neurology and immunology, currently serving as a Chronic Disease Management Specialist at Soleo Health since May 2015. In this role, Nkiru collaborates with healthcare teams to optimize treatment plans for patients with complex neurological conditions and provides expert guidance on medication regimens, ensuring compliance with the latest advancements in neuropharmacology. Previously, Nkiru held positions as a Pharmacy Manager and Chairman of the Performance Improvement Committee while also delivering clinical pharmacy services for infusion therapies. Nkiru's professional journey includes roles at CVS Health as a Staff Pharmacist, Pentec Health as a Specialty Infusion Pharmacist, and various positions in pharmacy practice and human resources. Nkiru holds an MBA in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University and completed a Bachelor’s degree at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
