Toren Mushovic

Toren Mushovic is Vice President, Compliance & Government Affairs Officer. He has served as chief legal counsel and compliance officer for healthcare clients for over 10 years. Toren developed his healthcare and litigation practice at Hogan Lovells LLP, where he represented Fortune 500 healthcare companies in high-stakes matters, including government civil and criminal investigations, False Claims Act and Anti-Kickback Statue enforcement actions, and qui tam litigation, complex commercial litigation and internal compliance investigations. Before joining Hogan Lovells, Toren served in the U.S. Navy’s Judge Advocate General’s (JAG) Corps, where he served as both defense attorney and prosecutor at the trial and appellate levels. As Government Affairs Officer, Toren serves on several trade associations where he advocates for equitable access to care at the federal and state levels. Toren received his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Economics from Tulane University and Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from UCLA School of Law. He received recognition as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine and as a leader in health care by AHL magazine.
