James Pérez Foster

James (JP) Pérez Foster is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership, venture capital, and community impact investments. Currently serving as a Steward at the Council for Inclusive Capitalism and a General Partner at Social Economy Ventures, LLC, James is also an active member of the Latino Corporate Directors Association and provides executive leadership strategies at dovetail solutions. As Principal at Bainbridge Ventures, LLC, James focuses on DEI investments and serves in various advisory roles, including Board Director at Crossroads Impact Corp and mentor at the Latino Business Action Network. Additionally, James is the founder and Chairman Emeritus of Solera National Bank, the first Latino-markets focused commercial bank in the U.S., and has held positions such as Chief Growth Officer and COO at TechDad Inc. James holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from Syracuse University and has dedicated efforts to mentoring and supporting Hispanic business owners.
