Adam Kaplan is the Founder and CEO of Solera Senior Living, a senior living operations, development, and investment platform. Adam is also a Co-Founder and Partner at Equitage Ventures, an AgeTech Venture Fund, and an Executive Board Member at Argentum. Additionally, Adam is a YPO Member and was a Board Member at EmpowerMe Wellness. Previously, Adam held roles such as Senior Vice President of Business and Organizational Development at Senior Lifestyle and Financial Underwriter at Merrill Lynch Capital. Adam holds an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Cornell University.
