Ajit Ramalingam

Ajit Ramalingam currently serves as the Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) at Solera, Inc. since September 2023. Prior to this role, Ajit held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Bio-Rad Laboratories from April 2020 to September 2023. Ajit has also served as the Chief Accounting Officer at Logitech and held various positions at BroadSoft, including Assistant Vice President of Worldwide Controller and Senior Director of U.S. Controller. Ajit's career in accounting began at PwC, where the individual worked as a Senior Manager from September 2005 to December 2012. Ajit Ramalingam earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Loyola College and has completed a Master's in Accountancy, along with education from Sishya and T.A.Pai Management Institute.
