Alexandre Legeard

Alexandre Legeard is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as Chief of Staff at Solera, Inc. since June 2022. Prior to this role, Alexandre worked at KPMG France from June 2016 to October 2022 as a Manager in Transaction Services, where expertise was gained in advising private equity funds and corporates on both buy-side and sell-side operations. Additional experience includes positions as an M&A Analyst trainee at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking, a Financial Controller at Natixis, and a Senior Financial Auditor at BDO France, where a strong foundation in financial valuation, statutory audit, and transaction advisory was established. Alexandre holds an Advanced Master in Finance from ESCP Business School and Master degrees in Auditing and Accounting & Finance from ESCEM and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, respectively.
