Mª Jose Alarcón Elipe

Mª Jose Alarcón Elipe serves as the International Agile Transformation Director at Solera, Inc. since January 2017, leading transformation strategy in EMEA by defining and executing organizational change through the Agile Scalable Framework. Prior experience includes a tenure at Accenture from September 2006 to January 2017, where responsibilities encompassed roles as Senior Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Product Owner, and Project Manager, focused on team communication, stakeholder engagement, project management, and Agile training. Mª Jose has also worked as a Lotus Notes Consultant at Altran and as a Senior Lotus Notes Developer at Capgemini. Mª Jose holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry and is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
