Tyler Smith

Tyler Smith is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in contract management and corporate law. Currently serving as Senior Contract Manager at Solera, Inc. since August 2022, Tyler previously held the position of Corporate Counsel at Citi Trends, where responsibilities included preparing and negotiating contracts and consulting with various stakeholders. Tyler's background also includes roles as a Contract Specialist at GM Financial, where contract processes were streamlined, and as an Associate Attorney at Inter Vivos, PLLC, where estate planning documents were drafted. Earlier experience encompasses founding a law practice, providing IT solutions, and handling various legal matters across multiple firms.
