Arthur Thomas, CFE, CDFM, MSA has over 15 years of experience in accounting, finance, auditing, and program management. Arthur began their career in 2003 as an Undergraduate Student at Saint Leo University. In 2004, they became an Accountant at the Georgia Department of Transportation, where they were responsible for all GDOT property and all PCs and Laptops regardless of cost. From 2006 to 2007, they worked as an Auditor at the Defense Contract Audit Agency, performing various compliance audits, pricing proposal audits, incurred-cost audits, internal control reviews, and systems reviews. Arthur then worked as a Sr. Sub-recipient Auditor at Enterprise Community Partners, Inc. from 2007 to 2009, where they managed and maintained the Enterprise Sub recipient Monitoring Program and planned and performed audit reviews of over 2M dollars in federal grant funds and 50 grantees yearly. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a Branch Chief, Transactions By Others (TBO), A/P Division, BF231 at the National Security Agency, where they supervised and directed the work activities and professional development of several Finance and Budget Analysts. In 2012, they became a Program Financial Analyst Senior at Avaya Government Solutions, where they held an active DOD Secret Security Clearance. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as a Team Lead, Financial Services at GCS, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Preferred Systems Solutions (PSS) Inc., where they reviewed, analyzed and researched Agency Financial Report (AFR), compliance with applicable federal laws, ACTS and directives. Arthur is currently a Team Lead, Financial Services at Preferred Systems Solutions, where they assist the IC and DoD entities in their Audit Readiness, Remediation and Sustainment efforts.

Arthur Thomas, CFE, CDFM, MSA completed their Master's degree in Public Administration from Central Michigan University in 2011. Arthur obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration /Management and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Administration /Accounting from Saint Leo University between 2003 and 2006. In 2016, they obtained a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certification from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). Arthur also obtained a Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM) certification from The American Society of Military Comptrollers (ASMC) in 2012.
