William Surrey

William Surrey has an extensive work experience spanning over four decades. William started their career in 1974 as a Military Officer in the U.S. Air Force and then moved on to URS Corporation, An AECOM Company in 2002 as a Program Manager. In 2015, they worked as a Project Manager at Charter Communications and then as a Program Manager at Chameleon Integrated Services. In 2016, they worked as a Senior Project Manager at TKC Global, LLC and then as a Project Manager at Preferred Systems Solutions, Inc. (PSS) and Solerity, both in 2018. At Chameleon Integrated Services, they successfully managed a program to implement, configure and deploy all aspects of classified and unclassified information technology. William also managed a $14.5M budget for personnel and equipment, met all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and deliverable dates, and provided oversight of the deployment phase of the project.

William Surrey obtained their Master's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from American Military University in 1998. William also holds certifications from CompTIA (Security+, obtained in October 2012), Villanova University (Six Sigma Master Black Belt, obtained in September 2011), PMI (PMP, obtained in April 2009), and EXIN (ITILv3, obtained in June 2008).
